Over ordered or changed your mind?

Have you over ordered? Do you simply wish to return the products? This is not a problem. .

We are more than happy to refund any unused, undamaged and unopened products returned to us.

We will be unable to refund the carriage charge for the sent products and there will also be a restocking fee of 20% for the products.

It is recommended that you make contact with us prior to returning any products, so we can accept the products and once sorted we can then issue the refund of any qualifying materials. All returned items should be unused as we cannot credit products unless in a resalable condition and perishable items i.e. bonding and adhesives will not be refunded.

You must notify us that you wish to return undamaged, unwanted or over-ordered goods within 14 days of receiving them. Unfortunately we cannot accept a return outside of this timeframe.

If you notify us of the return before delivery has taken place, you will be liable for a full refund. If the goods have been delivered, the charges stated above will apply.

Damaged goods

If the products arrive in a damaged condition then we are of course mare than happy to arrange for these to be exchanged.

Should the materials arrive in a damaged/unusable condition then we would advise you to not sign for these and return with the delivery driver. If a smaller amount of products are damaged please notify the driver so we can arrange replacement. 

If you do receive either faulty/damaged materials or wish to return any products it is important for you to contact us within the 14 day return period and arrange return to our address before sending. 

There will be no additional cost to yourself for either carriage or returning the goods.

You must notify us that you wish to return damaged or faulty goods within 30 days of receiving them. We are unable to refund any goods outside of this period. 

All products should be installed as per the manufacturers guidelines and we cannot accept products that have been improperly installed.

Cancelling an installation?

We understand that sometimes your plans can change. We offer a full refund if we are notified 10 days prior to the arranged installation date. 

15% of the installation deposit will be retained with the remainder being refunded if notification is not given prior to these timeframes.
